The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mj88 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;

• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to mj88's licensing obligations or regulatory standing;
• mj88 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification.

You may close your mj88 account at any time by contacting mj88 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
